What tools are required?
We favor renter-friendly, low-tool setups. Most classes use household items; any specialty tools are listed in the course description.
Can I take courses if my balcony is shaded?
Yes. See Shade Garden Design and Indoor LED-friendly classes. The catalog filter for “Design” and “Indoor” helps find options.
How long do I keep access?
Course access is provided for at least 18 months from purchase. We aim to extend access when possible.
Are there live sessions?
Many courses include optional live Q&A circles. Schedules are listed on each course page and emailed after enrollment.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 14 days if you have completed less than 20% of the course. Contact [email protected] with your order email.
Do you ship materials or kits?
We focus on instruction. Some classes provide printable templates; material lists link to common hardware-store options you can source locally.
How do “Fallows” work?
